The author is a communications consultant and fills

to his own business. The main thrust is to use marketing

exerting energy finding them. It teaches you how to
build a market profile using both obvious and not-so-obvious
techniques. Robert Gentle is an expert in the use of
plain English and the book is certainly easy to read
and follow.
