This book is a management classic
and focuses on the philosophy of personal effectiveness.
Although it is a little lacking in explaining how to
put the philosophy into practice, it makes a wonderful
complement to NLP in understanding some of the basic
patterns of high achievers. The book is not about sales
and yet adopting the habits will make a substantial
difference to sales results. Habits 1 to 3 will help
to increase personal effectiveness. Habits 4 to 6 will
help to improve effectiveness when dealing with others.
Habit 7 will ensure that you are continually looking
to develop your skills and abilities.
