Our training reaches the parts that other sales trainers fail to reach!
We are specialists in providing sales training for people with some form of sales reluctance. For example, sales professionals reluctant to engage in cold calling, and non-sales people reluctant to engage in the sales process.
Our training is designed to stick. We not only train skills but also help people develop more empowering attitudes and mindset. We do this through the use of storytelling and metaphor in order to allow attendees to consider new perspectives.
We tailor each training to our client's specific needs and the new behaviours they are seeking. Our understanding of how people learn and how to motivate changes in behaviour means that our sales training approach achieves an excellent return on investment.
Our trainings are made up of discrete modules of 1.5 hours and this allows us to be very flexible in the timing of the delivery. Our preference is to do a series of shorter sessions with gaps of two weeks between sessions as it allows new habits to be created. It also minimises the loss of selling or fee earning time of attendees.
We are also able to put together a totally bespoke training course to suit your needs and train and coach the trainer.
